Dental Work Can Change Your Life

Jose came into our dental clinic on July 21, 2015 for his Comprehensive Evaluation and full set of dental x-rays.  His chief complaint was the two window crowns from his front teeth that were placed in Mexico several years ago.  They were unaesthetic and bulky causing him to be self-conscious and unhappy about his smile for many years. Expanding CHCY hours in January:

In order to better serve our community members of Yavapai County, we are expanding our hours.  As of January 19th, 2016, our clinic hours will be 7:00am to 6:00pm, at all three locations; Prescott, Prescott Valley and Cottonwood.  We hope this will help accommodate our patients’ work, family and school obligations.  Read more

Prescott Free Clinic Board of Directors’ President Eben Fetters says “the goal of the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) is to provide quality, affordable healthcare services to the residents of Yavapai County.  Without these health centers, many of our patients would have limited access to healthcare services due to their financial circumstances. Pediatric Services NEW to Cottonwood

We are thrilled to now offer Pediatric Care in Cottonwood.  Dr. Cody Conklin-Aguilera joined our Cottonwood team in November. “Dr. Cody” is a board certified pediatrician, who has been practicing for over 7 years.  She completed her Residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and received her Medical Degree from the Medical School for International Health, a collaborative program between Columbia Health Sciences and Ben-Gurion University in Israel.  Read more
